Marvel offers 8 hours of Wolverine breathing to relieve stress (and no, it's not a late April Fools' joke)
Marvel Entertainment has released an eight-hour video of Wolverine's (played by Hugh Jackman) breathing to mark National Stress Awareness Month.
Here's What We Know
The video, which Marvel calls a "breathing exercise," appeared on YouTube as a surprise release. It was released about eight months after the premiere of Deadpool and Wolverine in cinemas and about five months after its debut on Disney+. In the video description, Marvel states: "April is National Stress Awareness Month, so take a deep breath and feel your adamantium bones relax."
The video has already garnered around 40,000 views, and some viewers are taking it as a belated April Fool's Day joke. However, Marvel claims that the purpose of the video is to help fans relieve stress.
Each raspy breath of Wolverine is accompanied by intense Marvel music, which may not be the most relaxing way to spend an evening, but some may find it meditative. For those who dare to watch the entire eight and a half hours, we leave the video below.
