Acer launches Super ZX and Super ZX Pro smartphones in India

Acer, known for its computers and laptops, has unveiled its first smartphones in India by launching the Super ZX series.

The line-up comprises two models, Acer Super ZX and Acer Super ZX Pro. The devices feature a clean user interface, stereo speakers and IP rating for durability.

The Acer Super ZX Pro features a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits of brightness. The camera includes a 50 MP main sensor with optical stabilisation, a 5 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro lens. The device supports Dolby Atmos, Wi-Fi 6, IP64 protection and 33W charging for a 5,000mAh battery.

The Acer Super ZX is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 and offers memory configurations from 4GB + 64GB to 8GB + 256GB. It has a 6.78-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution and 800 nits of brightness. The camera includes a 64 MP main sensor and macro and depth lenses. The device supports 33W charging and is IP50 rated.

Sales will start on 25 April via Amazon India, with prices starting at Rs 9,990 (~$116) for the Super ZX model and Rs 17,990 (~$210) for the Super ZX Pro.
