Kojima Productions to enter "Phase 2" after Death Stranding 2 and focus on OD, Physint and new projects
Hideo Kojima has announced that his studio, Kojima Productions, will move into "Phase 2" after the completion of Death Stranding 2: One The Beach. In this new phase, the developers will focus on their upcoming projects: the horror game OD, the spy action game Physint, and the anime series.
Here's What We Know
Kojima described "Phase 1" as a period dedicated to the creation and expansion of new intellectual property, focusing on multi-platform releases. He emphasised that as an independent studio, Kojima Productions must establish partnerships to support future endeavours.
Here's What We Know

Meanwhile, OD, announced in December 2023, is an Xbox-exclusive horror game developed using Unreal Engine 5 and Microsoft's cloud technologies. The game will feature real actors, including Sophia Lillis, Hunter Schafer, and Udo Kier. Development has been delayed due to the SAG-AFTRA strike, but is expected to resume
