Infinix introduces Note 50s 5G+ smartphone with unique flavoured back panel
Infinix has announced a new Note 50s 5G+ smartphone, which stands out with a unique flavoured back technology.

The device features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, refresh rate up to 144Hz and brightness up to 1300 nits. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 glass, slightly curved on both sides. The smartphone is powered by Dimensity 7300 chipset and offers two cameras: a 64 MP main camera with Sony IMX682 sensor and a 2 MP secondary camera. The cameras are complemented by dual LED flash and Halo Lighting which can be used for notifications.

The key feature of the Note 50s 5G+ is Energizing Scent-Tech, which integrates scent into the faux-leather back panel. However, it is only available in Marine Drift Blue colour. The fragrance includes a combination of marine and lemon scent, along with notes of lily of the valley, amber and vetiver.

The device features a 5500 mAh battery with support for 45W charging and 10W reverse charging. Other features of the smartphone include MIL-STD-810H certification and IP64 rating, JBL stereo speakers, IR port for tech control and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Infinix Note 50s 5G+ runs Android 15 with XOS 15 shell and will be available in Marine Drift Blue, Titanium Gray and Burgundy Red colours, with pricing starting at 15,999 Indian rupees (~$190). Sales in India will start on 24 April.
