ViewSonic has introduced a new portable LED projector, the M1 Max, which works on Google TV, supports Full HD and weighs less than 1kg. This is a continuation of the M1 series, which previously received the iF Design Award.

Here's What We Know

The projector has a built-in battery and supports USB-C Power Bank. This allows the device to be used when travelling, outdoors or in environments without access to power.

M1 Max has a metal stand that rotates 360°. The design of the stand allows you to rotate the projector 360° and display images on any surface. When opened, it opens the lens and automatically activates the device.

M1 Max projects images in Full HD 1080p resolution using Cinema SuperColor+™ technology. The speakers are from Harman Kardon, and the sound is loud and surround. This is enough for viewing without additional acoustics.

Google TV provides direct access to streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and others. It has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth: you can stream video from your phone or connect headphones wirelessly.

The projector focuses and aligns the image horizontally and vertically, even when standing at an angle. The M1 Max produces a flat image up to 100 inches in seconds.

When it's available

The ViewSonic M1 Max will be available in Europe in April and in Asia in May 2025.
