An epic comeback: Hayden Christensen will once again be Anakin Skywalker in season 2 of Ahsoka

Star Wars fans can prepare for a nostalgic meeting. An official announcement was made at Star Wars Celebration: Hayden Christensen will officially return to the role of Anakin Skywalker in the second season of the Ahsoka series.

Although the details of Anakin's role in the new episodes are still being kept secret, this news has already become a real gift for fans, as the story of Ahsoka and her former master has not yet come to an end.

Hayden Christensen personally visited the Ahsoka panel at Star Wars Celebration and shared his emotions about returning to his character.

"It was a dream come true," Christensen admitted.

The creator of the Ahsoka series, Dave Filoni, joked that he had to "invent whole dimensions" to work with Christensen as Anakin again. The actor also said that he and the team talked a lot about what else Anakin did during the Clone Wars.

However, so far, Ahsoka season 2 has not received a release date, so we can only wait to see one of the most legendary characters in the franchise back on screens.
