OnePlus president reveals OnePlus 13T display details ahead of official launch

Ahead of the official announcement of the OnePlus 13T, which will take place on 24 April, OnePlus China President Li Jie shared important details about the display of the new smartphone.

According to him, the OnePlus 13T will introduce several groundbreaking display technologies for compact smartphones.

OnePlus 13T will have a 6.32-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2640 x 1216 pixels (460 ppi). The display supports 10-bit colours, 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, as well as HDR10+, HDR Vivid and Dolby Vision.

Li Jie noted that this is the best flat display among compact smartphones, not only because of the specs, but also because of the technology, such as the P2 display chip and China's own display production line.

The OnePlus 13T is equipped with eye protection features, including Mingmu Eye Protection 2.0 and DC at full brightness to reduce strain during prolonged use. For users in all weather conditions, Rain Touch 2.0, Glove Touch and Lingxi Touch are provided for precise response. For gamers, the smartphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a specialised antenna for gaming and a bypass charging function.

OnePlus 13T has a 6,260 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. Higher models of the device will be equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.

For photography, the smartphone will have a 50 MP main camera with OIS and a 50 MP camera with 2x telescopic lens. For a stable connection during games, the smartphone features a G1 chip for low-latency Wi-Fi.

OnePlus 13T will be available in three colours: Morning Mist Grey, Heart Beating Pink and Cloud Ink Black.
