The Outer Worlds 2 will offer a huge selection of non-standard weapons: the developers listened to the wishes of gamers and significantly expanded the arsenal
IGN continues to release introductory videos dedicated to The Outer Worlds 2 RPG, and this time the developers from Obsidian Entertainment talked about weapons and combat system.
Here's What We Know
In the first part of The Outer Worlds the arsenal was creative and non-standard, but it lacked variety and in the sequel the authors tried to fix this problem. There will be a lot of weapons in the game: from sniper rifles, machine guns and hammers to plasma grenade launchers, energy beams and laser turrets. In addition, all weapons can be modified at will, increasing their variation and convenience.
The Outer Worlds 2 will once again feature several unique weapons, which will be distinguished by their names and characteristics, such as the Planet Killer, the Big Bang and the Bullet Blender.
In addition to an expanded arsenal, the game will offer an improved combat system, dynamic firefights and enhanced stealth mechanics.
When We Can Expect It
The Outer Worlds 2 is expected to release in 2025 on PC (Steam, Battle.net), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, including Game Pass.
