Samsung Galaxy M36 5G powered by Exynos processor tested in Geekbench
The Samsung Galaxy M36 5G, the successor to last year's Galaxy M35 5G, has appeared in the Geekbench database, revealing key details about its specifications.
Here's What We Know
The device, labelled with the model number SM-M366B, is powered by an Exynos 1380 chipset that includes four performance cores clocked at 2.40GHz and four energy efficient cores clocked at 2.0GHz. A Mali-G68 GPU is also mentioned. The tested version of the smartphone has 6GB of RAM and runs on Android 15 with One UI 7 shell. In Geekbench tests, the Galaxy M36 scored 1004 points in single-core mode and 2886 points in multi-core mode.

The Galaxy M36 was expected to be similar in specs to the recently released Galaxy A36, as was the case with last year's M35 and A35 models. But unlike the Galaxy A36, which runs on Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, the Galaxy M36 uses an Exynos chip, which already differentiates the devices.
However, if the devices turn out to be similar otherwise, the Galaxy M36 is likely to get a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz and brightness of up to 1900 nits. It is also expected to have up to 12GB of RAM, 128/256GB of inbuilt storage, 50 MP main camera, 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 5 MP macro camera and 12 MP front camera.
