The stable HyperOS 2.2 update is on its way and here's which smartphones might get it first

Information has emerged that a stable version of HyperOS 2.2 update is planned to be released soon, which will be available to users in two stages.

Here's What We Know

According to Xiaomi Time portal, the first wave of the rollout is scheduled for mid-May to mid-June 2025, while the second wave is scheduled for mid-June to the end of July. The update has already passed the beta testing stage for some Xiaomi 15 series devices and will soon arrive in the final version.

Among the first devices that could receive the update are the Xiaomi 15 series, Xiaomi Mix Flip, Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, Xiaomi 14, as well as the Redmi K80, Redmi K70, Redmi Note 14 and Redmi Turbo 4. In the second wave, the update will be available for the Xiaomi 13 series, Xiaomi 12 series, Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro, Redmi K60, Redmi Turbo 3 and Redmi Note 13.

While the exact details of the update are yet to be revealed, it is expected to bring improvements and fixes based on feedback from beta users. It is also not yet known if POCO smartphones will receive this update. But since the above mentioned list is not official, it is possible that some devices from this sub-brand will also receive the HyperOS 2.2 update.
