The release that fans of classic quests have been waiting for: French publisher Microids has released Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy, a remake of one of the best games of this genre.

Here's What We Know

The cult game by Belgian artist and screenwriter Benoît Sokal (author of the famous Syberia quest series) is now available in a new quality on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

The game is recreated from scratch on Unreal Engine 5, offers excellent graphics, modern lighting and disproportionately increased detail of each object.

The authors of the remake left the story, atmosphere and basic gameplay mechanics unchanged, but implemented them in a modern way and made the game a little more obvious and welcoming to newcomers.

Players will have to travel to a settlement lost in the jungles of Latin America to solve the mystery of the mysterious White Birds, which, as legend has it, do not end their flight even after death.

As it is supposed to be an old-school quest, in Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy players will interact a lot with characters, solve puzzles and riddles, explore locations, compare facts and think a lot.
