Mysterious artist and shield decoration - Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 authors revealed the first details of the Brushes With Death add-on

Warhorse Studios held a stream on their Twitch channel dedicated to the development of the highly regarded RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and it revealed important information about the first story DLC.

Here's What We Know

As previously announced, the add-on will be called Brushes With Death and will be dedicated to helping a mysterious artist named Master Vojta. Indřich (Henry) will have to run several errands to help the artist complete his work, which he hopes will bring him fame.

The authors noted that in Brushes With Death players can expect exciting and unusual quests that will lead them to unusual situations and will not be routine.

In addition to quests, the DLC will also feature a new game mechanic - the ability to decorate shields. With the help of Wizard Vojta, players will be able to apply patterns to them, change colours, add ornaments and apply other customisation elements.

You can start Brushes With Death almost at the very beginning of the game, you won't need to complete the main story of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

The release date of the first DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is still unknown, but earlier the developers said that they plan to release it in the summer of 2025, after which gamers can expect at least two major additions.
