The main event of the gaming week was probably the release of the remaster of the cult role-playing game The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Bethesda and Virtuos studio updated the game with dignity and gamers highly appreciated their efforts.

Here's What We Know

Today the developers reported that in just three days 4 million people got acquainted with the Oblivion remaster.

Bethesda thanked gamers for their support.

That's a great indicator of the remaster's popularity, but it doesn't reflect the number of copies sold, as The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered has been available on Xbox Game Pass since release and has undoubtedly been a huge hit with the service's subscribers.

The updated game is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series and is rumoured to be coming to Nintendo Switch 2 soon.
