Wings of Vengeance will open in summer: souls-like Wuchang: Fallen Feathers gets release date and gameplay trailer

Get ready for an exciting journey into the mystical world of feudal China, full of demonic creatures and bloody battles. 505 Games and Leenzee Games have finally announced the release date of their highly anticipated action game Wuchang: Fallen Feathers - the game will be available for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC on 24 July. Along with the announcement, pre-orders have been launched and a new gameplay trailer has been presented, in which the protagonist Wuchang demonstrates her deadly skills in a battle against Fan Ling, known as the "Perfect Bride".

Here's What We Know

In the new trailer, Wuchang is proficient with two weapons: a spear and twin sabers. The spear demonstrates the ability to automatically counterattack with instant retreat, which allows you to keep your distance and deliver accurate strikes. The sabers are used for quick combinations, and one of their attacks resembles a piercing garden shear movement, which, apparently, can also be used for counterattacks. Players will be able to switch seamlessly between these two fighting styles to adapt to different enemies and situations. Although the trailer only shows a glimpse of magic, Leenzee developers have assured that players will be able to make it a significant part of their playstyle.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will offer players an arsenal of 25 weapons and 40 spells, and the average time to complete the storyline campaign will be from 40 to 60 hours. In addition, the game will feature more than three unique and completely different endings, which will encourage repeated playthroughs to uncover all the secrets of this dark and fascinating world.
