Cyberpunk 2077 on Nintendo Switch 2 will not disappoint gamers: CD Projekt Red has revealed the adaptation of its game for the new platform

The famous action-RPG Cyberpunk 2077 will be one of the main games of the Nintendo Switch 2 launch line-up. Many people remember what a nightmare the game's release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One turned out to be, but on the new platform this situation will not be repeated.

The Nintendo channel published a video with representatives of CD Projekt Red, who reminded that Cyberpunk 2077 can be played on other handheld consoles, such as Steam Deck or Asus ROG Ally, but the development of the Switch 2 version was approached with special attention. The authors not only adapted the game for relatively weak hardware, but also used all the features of Switch 2. So, a lot of resources were spent on the implementation of control with Joy-Con: taking these controllers in their hands, players can make their own movements to make katana swings, and the management of cars made smooth and convenient.

According to the developers, the release of Cyberpunk 2077 on Nintendo Switch 2 will be the best way to "play on the go".

Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition will be released on 5 June, coinciding with the launch of Nintendo Switch 2 sales. The edition will include all free updates and the Phantom Liberty story add-on.
