The magical RPG Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 not only won the hearts of critics and players, but also exceeded all commercial expectations. The developers from Sandfall Interactive reacted to the situation by posting a message on Twitter, in which they acknowledged the problem and assured that they were actively working on its solution.

"We are aware that physical editions of the game are sold out in many retail stores," the studio said in a statement. Sorry, the demand in many regions was higher than expected. Please stay tuned to your local stores for more information."

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix to this problem, as the company will have to wait for available production capacity that may have already been booked by other publishers. It's worth noting that the game recently took second place in the UK physical sales charts, with an incredible 96% of sales coming from the PS5 version, which only underlines its popularity among owners of this console. Now fans can only hope that the developers and distributors will be able to quickly resolve the shortage problem so that everyone can get their hands on a physical copy of this wonderful game.
