Kingdom Come: Deliverance II star excited about GTA VI's portability: medieval RPG has a real shot at Game of the Year
Gamers greeted with sadness the news that the release of GTA VI has been postponed to May 2026. But we found someone who is genuinely happy that the most anticipated game will not be released in autumn.
Here's What We Know
Actor Luke Dale, who played the role of charismatic Jan Ptacek (Hans Capon) in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II does not hide his excitement and reposted a post about the postponement of GTA VI with the comment: "We're in!".
He reasonably implies that without GTA VI, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has a good chance of competing for the title of Game of the Year. Although it should be noted that even in the absence of the long-awaited criminal action game, the competition for this title in 2025 will unfold no-nonsense. It's enough to remember such high-profile releases as Monster Hunter Wilds, Split Fiction, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remasted, and on the horizon DOOM: The Dark Ages, Death Stranding 2, Borderlands, The Outer Worlds, Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater and Ghost of Yōtei.
By the way, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will get its first DLC Brushes With Death in mid-May.
