Hisense U8Q Mini LED TV: New 4K and Dolby Atmos TV available in Europe
Hisense has announced the launch of U8Q Mini LED TVs in Europe, including the Netherlands and Germany. The new product is available in four sizes - from 55 to 85 inches - and supports 4K resolution and up to 165Hz refresh rates.

The U8Q was officially unveiled in March 2025 and launched in the US in mid-April. Models in Europe include 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 85-inch versions. All the TVs support 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) and include features such as HDR10+, IMAX Enhanced and Filmmaker Mode.
The U8Q Mini LEDs feature MEMC for motion smoothing, upscaling to 4K and a 2000:1 contrast ratio. Although the European specs do not specify the brightness level, the model was advertised in the US with brightness up to 5000 nits. Sound is reproduced through a built-in 4.1.2 channel system compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X.
With support for Game Mode Pro, Game Bar and AMD FreeSync, this model is ideal for gamers. HDMI 2.1, USB 3.0 and S/PDIF ports are provided for connecting devices, as well as wireless connections via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz. In Europe, the TVs run on the Vidaa operating system with access to popular streaming services and support for voice commands.
The price of the U8Q TV in the Netherlands and Germany starts at €1,299 for the 55-inch model and reaches €2,799 for the 85-inch version. As for the 100-inch model, there is no official information on its release in Europe.
Hisense recently unveiled a 163-inch bezel-less MicroLED TV with up to 10,000 nits of brightness in China for $110,000.
