Unofficially, but on sale now: the Joy-Con controllers for Nintendo Switch 2 have received interchangeable coloured pads

The Joy-Con controllers for the Nintendo Switch 2, unlike the previous model, are designed in strict black with minimal coloured elements. Many gamers will probably find this design too boring, but as we know, they will still be able to add colour to their console.

Here's What We Know

A number of marketplaces and retailers have started offering coloured overlays for Switch 2 controllers, which will allow owners to change the look of the controllers by adding bright accents to the sides of the Joy-Con.

The suggested colours of the plastic overlays are reminiscent of the colours of the first Switch - blue and orange.

Officially Nintendo has not yet announced such accessories, probably it will be done closer to the start of sales of the new console, which, remember, is scheduled for 5 June.
