Hogwarts Legacy on Switch 2 will run in 1080p / 1440p, have updated lighting and shadows, and support HDR
Less than a month before the launch of Nintendo Switch 2, Hogwarts Legacy is preparing to become one of its launch titles. On the eve of the release, Sega, the game's distributor in Japan, shared the technical details of the updated version.
Here's What We Know
According to the Japanese press release, the game will run at 1080p in portable mode and 1440p on the dock. Compared to the version for the original Switch, the game will receive significant graphical improvements, including updated lighting, shadows, and support for HDR technology. Hogwarts Legacy will also support Nvidia DLSS, making it the second project to use this technology after Cyberpunk 2077.
