The Samsung Galaxy F56, a budget slim smartphone with a good camera unit and protected glass, has been launched in the Indian market
Shortly before the presentation of the ultra-thin flagship smartphone Galaxy S25 Edge, which will be held tomorrow - 13 May, Samsung introduced a budget model Galaxy F56.
Here's What We Know
Samsung Galaxy F56 is the thinnest model of the lineup with a body thickness of only 7.2 mm. The smartphone has an OLED display with a 6.7″ diagonal, Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
The gadget is powered by an Exynos 1480 processor and runs on One UI 7 operating system based on Android 15. The smartphone will get a 5000mAh battery and supports 45W charging.
Samsung claims and excellent cooling on the Galaxy F56 thanks to the flagship-level evaporative camera.
The camera unit of the Galaxy F56 features a 50MP camera with OIS and a 12MP front camera.
The device is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+ tempered glass.
The manufacturer promises six years of updates, not only security patches but also Android improvements. The smartphone supports some Galaxy AI features.
The Samsung Galaxy F56 is already on sale at a price of $305 for the 8GB RAM model with 128GB storage and $340 for the 8/256GB version. For now, the release is announced only in the Indian market, but the device is likely to arrive in other regions very soon.
