Ubisoft and Visa announce a three-year partnership: exclusive content for players is available only with a special card
Ubisoft and payment giant Visa are launching a three-year partnership in Europe. The first step of the partnership was the exclusive DLC for Just Dance 2025, available only to Visa cardholders in the UK and Europe.
Here's What We Know
As part of the new partnership, Visa and Ubisoft will launch joint marketing campaigns covering the publisher's popular games. Holders of selected Visa cards will have access to unique content, promotional codes and benefits of the Ubisoft+ subscription.
The first exclusive deal was a dance in Just Dance 2025 inspired by Kika Nazareth, a Visa team player who plays for Barcelona and the Portuguese national team.
Kimberly Kadlec, Chief Marketing Officer at Visa Europe, said the company is excited to apply its expertise in digital payments to create unique opportunities in gaming. She called the partnership "the beginning of an exciting journey" for both companies.
Chris Earley, Ubisoft's senior vice president of strategic partnerships, added that this is only the first step, and in the coming years, players will see new joint projects that will go beyond the traditional gaming experience.
