Prince of Persia: Sands of Time remake is alive and well and close to release - Ubisoft has named a release date for the long-suffering game

Ubisoft has announced the release date of the long-suffering remake of the famous adventure action game Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.

Recall, the game was supposed to be released in 2020, but after the Indian division of Ubisoft completely failed to work on the update of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, the development of the remake was entrusted to the central office of Ubisoft Montréal.

The Canadian developers had to create the game from scratch, as the work of their colleagues left no chance for success, and the first trailer was so terrible that it was not scolded only by a lazy person and it was removed from all official channels.

In a fresh financial report, the French publisher announced that Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake will be released by 31 March 2026. Of course, the said date is a so-called "stub", but reputable insider Tom Henderson reports that the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake will indeed be released between January and March 2026.
