Oppo plans to unveil a new K13 Turbo smartphone based on the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip in June or July.

The novelty will be a direct competitor to the recently released iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro and Redmi Turbo 4 Pro models in China, which are also based on this chipset.

Here's What We Know

According to a well-known insider at Digital Chat Station, Oppo K13 Turbo will have a number of features aimed at gamers and fans of productive devices. One of the main features will be an active cooler built into the camera unit, which should provide efficient cooling during high loads.

The device will also have RGB backlighting, IPX8 protection, a short-focus optical fingerprint scanner and a plastic middle frame. This makes the smartphone not only stylish but also suitable for use in extreme conditions.

Although the full specifications have not yet been disclosed, it is likely that Oppo is targeting a youth audience and mobile gamers. It is possible that the model will also appear on the global market, although the exact name for the international launch is not yet known.

Oppo K13 and K13 Pro will be more powerful models. The K13 will be powered by the Dimensity 8400 chipset, while the K13 Pro will have the latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, which will provide even higher performance. It is known that these models will compete with Redmi Turbo 4 and iQOO Z10 Turbo in the Chinese market.

The K13 Turbo is expected to become an important player in the performance affordable smartphone segment in the second half of 2025.
