Authors of the ambitious MMORPG Chrono Odyssey invite gamers to closed beta testing

South Korean publisher Npixel has announced the first closed beta testing of the ambitious multiplayer RPG Chrono Odyssey.

Here's What We Know

Special trailer informs that the testing will take place in June and a limited number of PC-gamers will take part in it. Everyone can apply and if approved, they will test three classes - Swordsman, Ranger and Barbarian. Gamers will be offered the initial part of the main storyline.

System requirements for the test version of Chrono Odyssey have been published on Steam:

Recall, Chrono Odyssey - MMORPG in the setting of dark fantasy, in which players will be able to choose between different character classes, including warrior, wizard, archer or, for example, a gunfighter.

The game will feature a complex and challenging combat system that is reminiscent of Dark Souls and Elden Ring.

In Chrono Odyssey players will be able to manipulate the passage of time, thanks to the Chronotector device, but how it will be implemented in the game and why it is needed - is not yet clear.

The game is based on Unreal Engine 5 and is characterised by excellent graphics (at least in the trailers).

When We Can Expect It

Chrono Odyssey release date is still unknown, but the game can already be added to your wishlist.

Chrono Odyssey will be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
