New Honor 400 and 400 Pro debut in Europe with 200MP cameras, 5300mAh battery and 100W fast charging

At an event in Paris, Honor presented the international version of the Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro smartphones. Both models have powerful 200 megapixel cameras, AI-focused features, and long-lasting batteries.

Technical Characteristics

The Honor 400 has a 6.55-inch OLED display with a frequency of 120 Hz, a resolution of 1264×2736 pixels and a brightness of up to 5000 nits. The Pro version has a 6.7-inch curved OLED screen with a higher resolution of 2800×1280 pixels.

The Honor 400 is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, while the 400 Pro is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Both have up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. The smartphones run on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 and a 6-year update warranty.

Built-in AI features include AI Summary, Magic Portal, Deepfake Detection, and Google Gemini.

The main camera is 200 MP with OIS and EIS support. The Pro version additionally received a 50 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The 50MP front cameras shoot in 4K.

The 5300 mAh battery supports fast charging: 66W in Honor 400 and 100W (wired) + 50W (wireless) in Pro. Price: from €499 for Honor 400 and €799 for Honor 400 Pro. Sales start on 22 May.

Honor 400 is available in three colours: Desert Gold, Lunar Grey and Midnight Black. The Honor 400 Pro is available in two colours - Lunar Grey and Midnight Black.

The Honor 400 smartphone is 7.3 mm thick, weighs 184 grams and is IP65 compliant, which provides protection against water splashes. Additional features include stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner, NFC and Bluetooth 5.3.

Honor 400 Pro is a little more massive - it is 8.1 mm thick and weighs 205 g. This smartphone has an increased level of protection - IP68 and IP69, which means it is completely water and dust resistant. It also supports the latest Wi-Fi 7 standard for better wireless performance.
