Next Nintendo Direct may take place in early June, close to Switch 2 launch - rumours

There are less than two weeks to go until the release of Nintendo Switch 2 - the console is due out on 5 June, and we already know that a lot of new games are being prepared for it. However, according to insiders, even more announcements are on the way - and we will know about them very soon.

Here's What We Know

A well-known PH Brazil informant during a Twitch stream (noticed by Famiboards users) said that the new Nintendo Direct will take place either on the week of the Switch 2 release or immediately after it.

It seems logical: June is traditionally a month of big Nintendo presentations. Taking into account the launch of the new platform, the company is most likely preparing a large information push to increase interest in launch projects and plans for the first year of the console's life.

We expect more news and official confirmations in the coming days.
