Russian propaganda knows no bounds and, unfortunately, Steam is its accomplice. Such a conclusion can be drawn from the release of the propaganda game Squad 22: ZOV on this platform.

Here's What We Know

On the 28th of May the release of the next generation of Russian propaganda - tactical game Squad 22: ZOV, which glorifies the participants of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, those very murderers, thieves and rapists who killed thousands of people, committed an unthinkable number of war crimes, levelled huge prosperous cities and made life of Ukrainians unbearable, took place.

The description of this piece of software code says that the game's plot is based on real events and reflects the experiences of the Russian military. In fact, the game has nothing to do with real events and its main goal is propaganda, glorification of the military and a hidden call to join the Yunarmy. For those who do not know: Yunarmy is a formation of young people, created in the image and likeness of Hitler-Jugend.

The game was widely reported as Russian propaganda, which raised questions about how it was allowed on the Steam platform. Despite numerous complaints, Valve has not removed the game from its catalogue or responded to enquiries about the situation from reputable publications.

Of course, we encourage our readers to not only ignore this despicable game, but also to help publicise the situation.
