Amazfit updated Bip 6 - now the screen can be switched on with a double tap

Amazfit has updated the software for its recently announced Bip 6 smartwatch to version 3.1.2.1. The update adds several useful features, the most notable of which is the ability to wake the screen with a double tap.

In addition, the Always On Display (AOD) mode has been improved and support for the Glove mode feature, which was previously introduced in the Balance 2 model, has been added.

Version 3.1.2.1 increases the brightness of the always-on display, which makes it easier to read information even in bright light. Also, the AOD standby mode can now display a notification icon - this option can be switched on or off in the settings.

New features include double-tap to turn on the screen. According to reports, a one-touch switch-on is also available, which makes using the watch even more convenient. In addition, there is a new glove mode, Glove mode, which allows you to easily control the device without taking off your gloves.

The update is being rolled out in stages. To install it, you need to go to the profile section of the Zepp app, select Amazfit Bip 6 and perform a system update. The file size is about 12.8 MB. Currently, Bip 6 is available for about $80 on Amazon.
