IOI Showcase event announced: gamers will see the first footage of 007 First Light, details of MindsEye and news about the Hitman franchise

A few hours ago Danish studio IO Interactive revealed the official title of its James Bond spy action game, which previously appeared as Project 007.

The developer said that he will present the first 007 First Light trailer this week and we assumed that it will happen at Summer Game Fest, but everything turned out to be a bit different.

Here's What We Know

For the first time in IO Interactive's long history, the company decided to hold its own showcase!

IOI Showcase will take place on the 7th of June at 03:00 (CEST) - right after the grand opening ceremony of Summer Game Fest.

But that's not all the surprises! In addition to 007 First Light, the IOI Showcase will focus on the Hitman franchise (no word yet on what that will be) and the sci-fi action game MindsEye, the debut game from Build a Rocket Boy, the studio founded by former Rockstar producer and ideologist Leslie Benzies.

The show will be streamed on IO Interactive's YouTube channel.
