New GTA 6 leaks: free switching between Jason and Lucia, 700+ shops to rob and male strip clubs

A reliable insider who knew the names of Jason and Lucia before the second trailer revealed a whole bunch of new details about the upcoming game.

A few weeks before Rockstar released the second GTA 6 trailer and character bios, a Twitter user named GameRoll confirmed that the two main characters will be named Lucia Caminos and Jason Duvall.

Since then, GameRoll has revealed a bunch of new information about how GTA 6 will play, including some content that was cut from the infamous 2022 leaked video.

In GTA 5, players were able to switch between Michael, Trevor, and Franklin and complete missions with them. Although some missions included one, two, or even three members of the group, players could not freely move around Los Santos with the three protagonists at the same time.

This will change in GTA 6, as GameRoll claims that players will be able to freely move around as Jason alone, Lucia alone, or both at the same time. "Essentially, they're companions, you can switch between the two at the same time," he said. This will make Leonida's exploration much more interesting and can create a lot of game situations that will be new to the series.

One of the main rumours about GTA 6 is that it will include more buildings available for entry than ever before. According to GameRoll, although home invasions will not be an option, the game will have over 700 stores, including shopping malls. And they will be possible to rob.

And that's not all - he also claimed that certain skyscrapers will have elevators, so players will be able to move around inside the buildings. As for the other buildings, the leak didn't reveal much, but it did note that GTA VI will include male strippers, which suggests that strip clubs will no longer be limited to female dancers.

Additionally, he claimed that "warehouse work" - something players noticed in the 2022 leaks - was cut back in 2023. GameRoll claims that The Last of Us Part 2-style dynamic cover system was dropped after it first appeared in the 2022 leaks. "It was a complete waste," he said.
