The electric Citroën ë-Jumper has been given a new lightweight body version
Citroën recently launched its large ë-Jumper electric van with a finished box body. The new version adds an all-metal van, flatbed, tipper and chassis.
Here's What We Know
The current generation Citroën ë-Jumper made its debut in October 2023 alongside electric versions of sister models: the Fiat Ducato, Opel Movano and Peugeot Boxer. The ë-Jumper has seen a real leap in performance: the 90 kW electric motor has grown to 205 kW, the battery has increased to 110 kW⋅h and the range of the base van has reached 366 kilometres on the WLTP cycle.
With the new version as a light van with a prefabricated body, the ë-Jumper has become even more versatile. This version is available in two variants: the L3 (18.5 cubic metres) and the L4 (20.5 cubic metres). Each can be obtained with rear doors or a liftgate. The wheelbase is 4,035 mm.
On board is a 7-inch audio system with touchscreen, DAB, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as a fully digital 7-inch dashboard with colour display. Standard equipment also includes automatic air conditioning, electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirrors, power socket, halogen headlights with daytime running lights and storage compartments in the cabin.
Other equipment includes electric power steering, electric parking brake, lane departure warning, emergency brake assist, hill start assist, blind spot monitoring, traffic sign recognition and a driver fatigue monitoring system.
The price in Germany is from €65,200 excluding VAT. In comparison, a conventional all-metal van costs from €54,000, a single-cab chassis from €51,300 and a single-cab flatbed from €54,300.
