It's time to remember your childhood: GTA III remaster is now available in PS Plus Extra for PlayStation 4/5

As part of this year's Days of Play promotion, the selection of games for PS Plus is complemented by GTA III - The Definitive Edition, which is already available for PS Plus Extra subscribers. This marks the return of the remaster for PS5 and PS4, as it was previously part of the PS Now service when this "collection" was first released.

Here's What We Know

After a disastrous launch, Video Games Deluxe was involved in the development and patching of this remaster. The big patch significantly improved all three PS2 games, and later Rockstar acquired the studio. Now PS Plus Extra gives you the opportunity to evaluate these improvements and make sure that the developers managed to "save" these classic games from their unsuccessful debut.

And on 11 June, the full list of PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium games for the month will be revealed, ahead of their release next week.
