New Amazfit Helio Strap spotted on sale before official launch for $79.99
The new Amazfit Helio Strap fitness bracelet has been launched in the US on the Walmart website. Although the device was officially announced by the company earlier this month, the focus of the announcement was on a special HYROX version with a bright yellow design.
Here's What We Know
Instead, the store offers a basic model with a black strap that does not yet have bright logos.
The product page lists the price at $79.99, but the date of the start of sales has not yet been announced. Users can sign up for notifications when the device is available for sale. According to the manufacturer, the bracelet provides 24/7 health monitoring: heart rate, sleep, stress, and other indicators with high accuracy. No subscription to additional services is required, and the device is compatible with Amazfit smartwatches and the Zepp app.
The bracelet weighs only about 18 grams, and a single battery charge lasts up to 10 days of active use. Previously, there were rumours about the presence of a 460×460 pixel display, but it is not visible in the published photos. There is also no information about the BioCharge function, a technology that helps to assess the user's energy level throughout the day, similar to the Garmin Body Battery. Perhaps this option will be available in more advanced versions or updates.
The price and release date of the Amazfit Helio Strap in other markets, including Europe, remain unknown.
