A prototype of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra tablet has appeared in the Geekbench database. Thanks to this leak, it became known that the flagship device will receive a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, which includes a 3.73 GHz core.

Here's What We Know

The test results are not impressive yet, but experts believe that this is an early prototype, so Samsung is still adjusting the device's performance. Full performance is expected closer to the release.

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will have 12 GB of RAM and will come with Android 16. If the company sticks to last year's schedule, the tablet could be released in October after the announcement in late September.

This time, however, the timing may play against Samsung: MediaTek is rumoured to unveil its flagship Dimensity 9500 chip in early September. Experts claim that if Samsung launches the Tab S11 Ultra later with the previous generation SoC, the tablet risks looking outdated at the start.

Recently, insiders reported that the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will receive a significant improvement in battery life: a battery with a capacity of up to 12,000 mAh. The Ultra model will have a nominal battery capacity of 11,374 mAh, which is 500 mAh more than its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
