When all platforms were taken into account, the peak number of concurrent viewers was recorded at over three million users. Following the live broadcast, eight million views of the VOD version of the stream were registered. These figures clearly demonstrate the growing popularity of Summer Game Fest.

Variety also noted that Summer Game Fest was the most trending topic on social media as the event unfolded.
