Xiaomi has unveiled the global version of Smart Audio Glasses - stylish glasses with headphone function

Xiaomi has launched smart glasses in the global market that combine the functions of an open-ended Bluetooth headphones and a stylish accessory.

Here's What We Know

Smart Audio Glasses are not smart glasses in the usual sense, they are not equipped with a camera or AI like, for example, Ray-Ban Meta. The glasses are positioned as an affordable accessory for everyday use.

Key features:

• SLS0820 ultrasonic speakers with echo cancellation algorithm and sound leakage protection provide clear sound and rich bass;
• The gadget weighs only 40g and has ergonomic earcups and adjustable nose rests;
• a touchpad on the earcup allows you to switch tracks, take calls and pause music;
• in-built sensors automatically pause playback when the glasses are removed;
• the glasses are IP54 dust and water resistant;
• Xiaomi Smart Audio Glasses are compatible with gadgets running Android 10 and above or iOS from version 13 onwards.

The Smart Audio Glasses' inbuilt battery provides up to 10 hours of music playback and up to 11 days of standby time.

Charging is done via a magnetic cable similar to the one used in smart watches.

The novelty is already available on AliExpress at a price of about $87.
