Samsung's flagships will be expensive: an insider has revealed the price and sales date of the foldable Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7 and Z Flip 7 FE smartphones

On 9 July, Samsung will hold a Galaxy Unpacked presentation, where it will present the flagship foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 and possibly a budget model Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE.

French journalist and insider billbil-kun, who a few days ago revealed the characteristics and cost of three models of smart watches from Samsung (Galaxy Watch 8, Classic and Ultra), reported how much European buyers will have to pay for foldable smartphones of the new generation.

The insider emphasised that these are the prices for France (but they can safely be extrapolated to the whole of Europe) and they differ significantly from the figures of other insiders. However, billbil-kun's reputation is so impeccable that there is no reason not to trust him.

So, according to the insider's sources, the smartphones will go on sale with the following price tag:

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7:

• 256GB - €2099
• 512GB - €2219
• 1TB - €2519.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7:

• 256GB - €1199
• 512GB - €1319.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE:

• 128GB - €999
• 256GB - €1059.

Prices for Samsung's flagships are quite high, with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 going up by €100 for the 256GB and 512GB versions compared to last year's prices for similar models, while the 1TB version goes up even more significantly by €160 .

The Galaxy Z Flip 7, on the other hand, will keep the same price as the Z Flip 6.

The French insider also revealed the sales launch date - 25 July 2025, and pre-orders will be open immediately after their announcement on 9 July 2025.
