This collaboration has been long awaited: online horror game Dead by Daylight will have a crossover with The Walking Dead franchise

Behaviour Interactive studio has announced another event in the asymmetrical online horror game Dead by Daylight.

The game has been around for 9 years and is hugely popular, but until now it hasn't had such an obvious collaboration - with the cult franchise The Walking Dead.

Here's What We Know

Dead by Daylight published the first poster of the crossover with The Walking Dead and captioned it: "Together we stand. Alone, we fall. Find out more tomorrow."

The event will be officially announced on the 8th of July and its details will be revealed. Usually, such collaborations add a new Assassin and Survivor to the game, as well as a themed map related to the guest franchise. It is likely that Dead by Daylight will feature some of The Walking Dead's central characters, such as Daryl Dixon played by Norman Reedus.

Dead by Daylight is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), Xbox, PlayStation and Switch.
