SOMA will be released on Nintendo Switch on 24 July: atmospheric trailer of the iconic game unveiled

Publisher Abylight Studios and Frictional Games have revealed the release date for the acclaimed SOMA game on the Nintendo Switch handheld console.

The new trailer informs that already on the 24th of July users of the Japanese gadget will be able to immerse themselves in a dark story that unfolds on an underwater research station in the eerie depths of the Atlantic Ocean.

SOMA is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Steam, EGS and GOG), as well as on current generation consoles via backwards compatibility. By the way, thanks to this technology, the game will also be able to run on Switch 2.

SOMA is considered to be one of the most philosophical and intelligent games, so its release on Nintendo Switch will be a great opportunity to introduce it to a new audience.
