Razer has updated the DeathAdder mouse: the new V4 Pro is lighter, faster and with a smart scroll wheel

Razer has announced a new flagship model of its popular V3 Pro gaming mouse, the DeathAdder V4 Pro.

Here's What's New About It

The legendary ergonomics remain, but now it weighs only 56 grams, supports 8000 Hz response rate and has received third-generation optical switches. Unlike past models, the V4 Pro features a programmable scroll wheel.

The model retains the recognisable silhouette and comfortable grip (for right-handed gamers) that gamers love it for. In fact, it's a complete redesign inside the old case: the Razer Focus Pro 45K Gen-2 optical sensor, improved power efficiency and Razer Synapse support are all in place.

It comes with a wireless dongle, mouse and cable. Separately, you can get an upgraded charging dock, which is compatible with the company's other wireless accessories.

The DeathAdder V4 Pro is already available for pre-order on Razer's website, with official shipments expected from 24 July.
