Samsung is one of the world leaders in the market of consumer electronics, but only in 2024 the company released its first smart ring, and before that from wearable devices offered only smart watches.

The Korean giant follows the trends and intends to soon offer customers gadgets of other form factors.

Here's What We Know

Won-joon Choi, chief operating officer of Samsung's mobile division, confirmed in an interview with CNN that the company is actively developing not only smart glasses, which has been known since the beginning of 2025, but also "earrings, watches, rings, and possibly necklaces in the future."

Samsung sees the future in devices that will allow users to communicate, track physical activity, perform various activities and interact with digital infrastructure without the need for a smartphone.

Won-joon Choi did not specify when such gadgets might go on sale, but it is unlikely that we will have to wait long.
