Honor introduces Earbuds A Pro wireless headphones with noise cancellation and up to 42 hours of battery life for $20

At the presentation of the Honor X70 smartphone, the company also introduced new wireless headphones - Honor Earbuds A Pro.

Technical Characteristics

The novelty has active noise cancellation (ANC) up to 49 dB, which is rare for budget models. Honor notes that the technology is enhanced by artificial intelligence, which improves call quality by cutting out background noise.

Each headphone is equipped with a 12.4 mm dynamic driver tuned for powerful sound and clear playback. Support for spatial audio is also claimed, although it is not specified whether this is a hardware or software implementation.

The headphones can be charged for up to 9 hours of listening, and with the case - up to 42 hours. Fast charging provides 3 hours of operation after 10 minutes of charging.

The weight of one earbud is 5.3 g, and the case adds another 37.2 g. Other features include IP54 dust and splash protection, touch controls (double, triple, long press), and a lost headphone finder app.

Honor Earbuds A Pro are connected via Bluetooth 5.3. Users of Honor smartphones can quickly connect via a pop-up window and automatically switch between devices without having to set up again.

Price and availability

Honor Earbuds A Pro are already available for purchase in China via the company's official website. Three colours are available - white, purple, and green. The price is 149 yuan (approximately $20).
