Big adventures of little heroes: the story trailer of survival simulator Grounded 2 is presented
Obsidian Entertainment and Eidos-Montréal studios presented a story trailer of the expected survival simulator Grounded 2.
Here's What We Know
The trailer reminds that the events of the new game will unfold not on the backyard of a typical American house, but in Brookhollow Park, where the company Ominent conducts its research.
Along with the change of location, the scale of the game world will also increase significantly: gamers will see spacious levels, which will seem gigantic from the perspective of shrunken teenagers, and to make the movement faster and more fun, the authors added the possibility to ride spiders. By the way, arachnophobes should not worry - the model of spiders can be replaced by abstract figures, so as not to feel discomfort.
Notably, the end of the video shows a character who may become the fifth playable teenager, although this was not previously announced.
For those who are worried about the fate of the first Grounded we inform you that Obsidian is not going to shut down the servers, as it believes that the game should remain available to those who bought it, and express support for the Stop Killing Games petition, which has collected more than 1.4 million signatures and will be considered in the European Parliament.
When We Can Expect It
Grounded 2 launches in Early Access on 29 July on PC (Steam) and Xbox Series, including Game Pass.
