No sooner had the discussions about the leak of two new iPhone 17 colours died down, than a video from Majin Bu appeared on the web, showing iPhone 17 Pro mockups in five colours. It gives a complete picture of the appearance of the future smartphone. And this is at least six weeks before the announcement.

Video details and insights

The video shows all five colours in which the iPhone 17 Pro is believed to be available: white, Titanium Gray (dark grey), Midnight Blue (navy blue), black, and a bright orange, similar to the iPhone 15 Pro, but more saturated. Images of iPhone 17 Pro mockups have also appeared on Instagram and X, showing off the new design - a wide horizontal camera unit that stretches along the body, as well as a relocated Apple logo from the centre down to the camera unit.

The colour palette is in line with previous leaks: the iPhone 17 Pro will feature richer, deeper hues, in contrast to the softer colours of the base iPhone 17. While the mockups are not actual devices, they do give an indication of the key aesthetic changes: the new camera unit design, the relocated logo, and a likely move to an aluminium frame instead of titanium in the Pro models.

The iPhone 17 line is expected to be officially launched in the first half of September 2025, probably between 8 and 12 September. Along with the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, an ultra-thin version of the iPhone 17 Air may debut, available in separate colours and with a different body material.

Bottom line.

The iPhone 17 Pro will get five stylish colours with a richer range, an updated camera design, a possible switch to an aluminium frame, and the relocation of the Apple logo. The official presentation is expected in September.
