iPhone 17 Pro was shown online in new colours and with an updated design (video)

A video with mock-ups of the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro in different colours has been posted online. These are not the final devices, but so-called "dummies" - copies without internal components, but the design should correspond to the real smartphone.

Judging by the video, the iPhone 17 Pro will have a significantly updated rear panel. The camera unit now occupies almost the entire width of the top of the smartphone - a similar solution has already been used in Poco models. The cameras themselves remained in the same positions, but visually became part of a much larger module.

Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 17 Pro along with other models in the lineup in September. According to preliminary rumours, the presentation may take place on one of the days from 8 to 10 September.

According to MacRumors, which cites an anonymous insider who allegedly saw the iPhone 17 Pro promo video, the 2025 flagship models will receive three key camera upgrades

• a powerful telephoto lens with 8x optical zoom (versus 5x in the iPhone 16 Pro)
• a new Camera app with advanced settings;
• an additional camera control button to complement Camera Control.
