Amazfit Active 2 received Zepp OS 5 update with one-touch wake-up and new features

Amazfit has started rolling out the first major Zepp OS 5 update for the Active 2 (Round) smartwatch.

Here's What We Know

The 6.2.6.3 firmware update adds a number of features to the Amazfit Active 2 (Round), including one-touch screen wake, updated Zepp Flow 2.0 voice assistant, the ability to move maps with a touch, and support for QWERTY and AZERTY keyboards.

Users in the US and Canada have already reported the update available, and it is expected to be available soon in other regions, including Italy and China. Other new features include Jet Lag Manager to adapt to new time zones, improved sleep analysis, heart rate tracking during swimming, and Roxzone time tracking in Hyrox race mode.

The update takes 12.93 MB and is installed via the Zepp Health app. Zepp OS 5 was previously available for the Balance 2 and Bip 6 models.

The Active 2 is the third model to support Zepp OS 5 after the Balance 2 and Bip 6. The watch sells for $99.99 on Amazon.
