Another game in the Hitman series is set to be ported to mobile devices and Nintendo Switch.

IO Interactive and Feral Interactive have already released similar re-releases of Hitman: Blood Money, and Hitman: World of Assassination is coming soon to iOS, but it's time for Hitman: Absolution as well.

Here's What We Know

Hitman: Absolution, the 2012 stealth action game for iOS, Android and both Nintendo Switch, has been announced on Nintendo Direct.

On mobile devices, the game will be released in autumn - the App Store lists the date as September 25. The Switch version is scheduled for release in late 2025, with the game planned for Switch 2 in 2026.

No details have yet been revealed about the Nintendo handheld version, while the mobile version is said to have developers adapting its controls for touchscreens and adding a host of tweaks to improve the user experience. Gamepad, keyboard and mouse support will also appear.

Hitman: Absolution pre-orders are already available in App Store and Google Play. The game is priced at $14.99/€12.49.
