SpongeBob Returns: THQ Nordic announces a game about the fun underwater company.

THQ Nordic publisher has announced another game about funny, yellow and square SpongeBob and his underwater friends.

Here's What We Know

As recently reported by insider billbil-kun, the new game is called SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide. It will be released very soon - on 18 November on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch 2.

In terms of gameplay SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide is not particularly different from the previous parts - it will be a colourful and dynamic action-platformer with a lot of light humour and the ability to switch between SpongeBob and his friend Patrick.

The plot of the game from Purple Lamp studio will tell about the confrontation between King Neptune and the Flying Dutchman and SpongeBob couldn't help but get involved in their showdown.

The trailer stars actor David Hasselhoff, who previously played the role of a surfer in the first SpongeBob feature film.
