Korean edition of Yonhap News TV shared exclusive information, according to which near Heathrow Airport (UK) criminals stole a car that was carrying about 12 thousand Samsung mobile devices, of which about 5 thousand are flagship folding smartphones Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7, as well as Galaxy S25, Galaxy A16 and 5 thousand smartwatches Galaxy Watch 8.
The value of the stolen gadgets is estimated at $10.6 million, but thanks to insurance, Samsung will avoid actual losses.
British police launched an investigation and according to preliminary data found a stolen container, but whether it contained stolen smartphones - it is unknown.
Law enforcers believe that the audacious robbery was not random and planned in advance.
